Rosalind Fletcher, accused of murder by child abuse and felony child neglect with substantial bodily harm, faces a March 2, 2006 preliminary hearing in Justice Court Dept. 2.
Schuster Scheduled for Preliminary Hearing

Donald Schuster, accused of first-degree murder with use of a deadly weapon, two counts of attempt murder with the use of a deadly weapon, and unlawful possession of a firearm, will return to Justice Court Dept. 5 for a preliminary hearing at 8:30 a.m. Feb. 17 in courtroom 8A of the Regional Justice Center. Judge William D. Jansen set Schuster’s bail at $500,000.
The District Attorney charged Schuster last week for his alleged involvement in the Jan. 22 shooting death of JonMichael Ginoulias, 16, of Las Vegas.
