The District Attorney’s Office indicated it was attempting to obtain an indictment from the Clark County Grand Jury. If an indictment is obtained the preliminary hearing date will be vacated. • Clark County District Court Judge David Wall unsealed a Clark County Grand Jury indictment this morning charging Gladys Perez with murder in the death of her three-year-old daughter Crystal Figueroa.

This tip led police to suspect Perez and her boyfriend Marc Anthony Colon for the child’s death.

Perez will be arraigned in the District Court’s Arraignment Court at 10:30 a.m. on March 29, 2006.
