I was in town to photograph the Warren Jeffs hearing. Can’t tell you how impressed and grateful I was for all of your help and the way the court is run. Just very impressive the way you all handled such a big event.

Do you post information about current hearings or anything about those on trial for murder currently? There is a person we know that we are able to pull up on the clark county site but all it gives is court dates. How are we supposed to be able to find out more information since Vegas is too far to travel to?

The court system restricts access to trials currently underway to prevent jurors from accessing information about a trial. This is done because many motions about law are heard out of the presence of the jury which have the potential of impacting on a trial. As a jury is admonished to only decided the facts of a case, these motions are hidden from them during trial on the court’s websites. This blog reports on jury decisions and rarely mentions events during trial.
