Effective July 1, 2009, all civil and summary eviction cases in the Las Vegas Justice Court will be reassigned to Judges Saragosa and Sullivan in Departments 4 and 12 as follows:
Cases from Departments 1, 3, and 6 shall be reassigned to Department 4.
Cases from Departments 5, 9, and 11 shall be reassigned to Department 12.
Cases from Department 7 shall be randomly reassigned to both Departments 4 and 12.
Any hearings that are presently scheduled on these reassigned cases will take place at their scheduled dates and times but such hearings will be held in either Department 4 or 12’s courtrooms. Notices to this effect will be placed in the courtrooms of the Departments to which these cases are presently assigned.
