Proposed Ordinance to Add Civil Filing Fees


An amendment has been proposed to the Clark County Code to add a new section to Title 2, Chapter 2.32 of the Clark County Code to require the imposition of a $20 filing fee in certain cases to offset a portion of the costs of providing new District Court judges.
