Suen v. Adelson: Trial
A trial involving the owner of the Las Vegas Sands and a Hong Kong businessman has begun in District Court Department 12. The lawsuit, Suen v. Adelson, is expected to continue through the month and into May.

State v. Navajo: Sentencing
District Court Judge Lee Gates sentenced Raven Navajo to 10 years to life in prison following a conviction by a jury of second degree murder in the January 2007 death of Brenda Schmalfeldt.
