Prior to the April 1, 2008 Calendar Call in State v. Cashmore, et. al. (Simpson ), 07-C-237890-C, all members of the media must be credentialed by the Clark County Courts Information Office. All persons representing the media in any capacity must visibly display their photo credential at all times when working in and outside the Regional Justice Center, 200 Lewis Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89155. Media credentials will remain in effect for the duration of the proceedings.
Applications for credentialing must be received prior to March 20, 2008.
Prior to March 20, 2008 , media representatives seeking a credential should return this form by email and an electronic .jpg photo file to info@clarkcountycourts.us. Or mail this form and a photo on disc to Court Information Office, 200 Lewis Avenue , Las Vegas , NV 89155.
- Application for Media Credential - This form must be completed and forwarded to info@clarkcountycourts.us along with a 2″ x 2.5″ 150 dpi head/shoulder photo in .jpg format.
Instructions:
- Open the file credential.pdf in a PDF editor, such as Foxit Reader
- Reset the form.
- Fill out the required information.
- Save the file with the requester’s last name (Example: sommermeyer.pdf)
- Attach the PDF file and a 2″ x 2.5″ 150 DPI head/shoulder photo in .jpg format (identified by a last name, i.e., sommermeyer.jpg) to an email. Attach two files for each application (Example: sommermeyer.pdf and sommermeyer.jpg).
- Email all files to info@clarkcountycourts.us with the subject “Media Credential - Simpson”
