State v. Nelson R. Brady Jr: Verdict


A District Court Jury has found Nelson R. Brady Jr. guilty of three counts of Solicitation to Commit Murder. Brady Jr. was convicted of attempting to hire an assassin to kill Anthony Gross, Megan Pierson Foley and Jeremy Foley.

These individuals are expected to testify later this spring in the State v. Titus trial scheduled for June 2, 2008. Titus and Kelly Ryan are charged with killing Melissa James in December 2005.

Brady Jr. will be sentenced by Judge Douglas Herndon March 25, 2008 in District Court Department 3. Brady faces two to 15 years in the Nevada Department of Corrections for each count.
