• Defendants Charles Erhlich, Clarence Stewart and O.J. Simpson will appear before District Court Judge Jackie Glass at 10 a.m. Nov. 28 to enter pleas after Justice Court Judge Joe M. Bonaventure concluded enough evidence exists to bind over the defendants to face 12 counts, including kidnapping and robbery.

Judge Bonaventure made his decision this afternoon (Nov. 14) following a four-day preliminary hearing, which contained the testimony of eight witnesses.

The 12 charges stem from an alledged robbery Sept. 13 of two sports memorabilia dealers at the Palace Station.

An arraignment has been scheduled at 10 a.m. Nov. 28 in Courtroom 1A.
