They had him convicted before he ever hit the court room. He spent one year in jail waiting for a trial. The female judge hated his guts and influenced the jury. It was pitiful. We are not saying he's not guilty but give him a fair trial. His lawyer was horrible as well. Unprepared, stuttering and stammering...oh well poor Shelton...hope he gets a new trial ...even if guilty he deserves good representation and a fair judge. Sure it was fast.
