Pursuant to Nevada Supreme Court order, the District Court Clerk of the Court will temporarily suspend the collection of fees associated with filing a civil jury demand effective today (Jan. 16). Interested parties will be notified once fee collection is reinstated. Please be advised that pursuant to NRCP 38, parties are still required to file the actual demand for a civil jury.
