    The decision in the matter of Fame Operating Co. v. Chanos has been rescheduled for 9 a.m. Thursday (Dec. 21) in District Court Deptarment 3, Courtroom 16C. An ongoing and separate jury trial has delayed the judge’s decision in Fame Operating Co today.
