Six individuals associated with the Mongols motorcycle club told Judge Michelle Leavitt “not guilty” when asked how they plead to criminal charges resulting from a deadly fight with members of the Hells Angels motorcycle club in a southern Nevada casino in 2002. Judge Leavitt set a trial date of April 2, 2007 for Alexander Alcantar, Kenneth Dysart, Roger Pinney, Walter Ramirez, and Pedro Martinez. Judge Leavitt entered a not guilty plea for defendant Benjamin Leyva, who is currently in a California prison. All of the defendants face charges of murder, attempted murder, conspiracy, battery and assault with a deadly weapon.
