Las Vegas Township Justice Court Judge Douglas Smith concluded enough evidence exists to bind over defendants Eugene Nunnery, George Brass, Brandon Bland and Carlton Flower to the District Court for trial. All four defendants have been charged with murder in relation to the Sept. 22 death of Sual Suastegui. In addtion, the four face charges of attempted murder and robbery with use of a deadly weapon. The four defendants will next appear for felony arraignment Nov. 13 in the Eighth Judicial District Court.
