I believe that Miss.Labato is innocent. Her innocence is shown in the facts of the death of mr. Bailey. If she murdered mr. Bailey than she would have had the power to severly injure him with the bat. If she was on a crystal meth high she would have had the power of 3 men; however, the injuries with the bat werent as severve as they should have been for her to be the murdered. Think about it if mrs. parker was at the scene at the time of the death why wasnt she a suspect. If the facts are known that she was raped by mr.bailey than wouldnt that be her motive. Why else would she be at the scene of the crime. Miss. Labato’s evidence is her testimony however her testimony dosnt match the evidence. since there is such a small amount of evidence can the law really convicte her of a crime that she didnt commite. Should she be held resonable for something that she didnt even do to the man in question? Think about it no hard core evidence no crime.
