Caramango Contempt Hearing Suspended

The Nevada Supreme Court has placed Attorney Joseph Caramagno on disability inactive status effectively suspending any pending disciplinary proceedings against him. As a result, the contempt hearing scheduled for Caramagno in relation to a mistrial in State v. Dale Jakuchunas has been suspended.

Justice Court Traffic Division Closed Sept. 29

The Justice Court Traffic Division Counters at the Regional Justice Center will be closed Friday (Sept. 29) to enable the court to transition to a new court case management system. State v. Lozano: Verdict

A Clark County Jury found Pascual Lozano guilty on all counts related to the shooting death of 9-year-old Genesis Gonzalez. The penalty phase for Lozano begins tomorrow at 10:30 AM in Judge Valerie Adair’s Dept. 21 courtroom.
