Warrren Jeffs: Waives Extradition

Warren Jeffs, who made an appearance this morning in the Las Vegas Township Justice Court, waived extradition to Utah and Arizona. Washington County, Utah authorities have 30 days to transfer him to St. George, Utah where he will face two charges of rape as an accomplice. The hearing lasted only a few minutes and Jeffs indicated he wanted to return to face the charges.
