This morning District Court Judge Stewart Bell sentenced Richard Peters to Life in Prison Without the Possibility of Parole and a consecutive sentence of Life in Prison Without the Possibility of Parole for the use of a deadly weapon.
Peters was found guilty June 8, 2006 by a jury of First Degree Murder with Use of a Deadly Weapon in the choking, beating and mutilation death of Allan Nidiffer.
