The defendant’s motion for a Writ of Habeas Corpus was denied this morning by Judge Nancy Saitta. Kathy Patton has been charged with Murder with Use of a Deadly Weapon in the February 2006 death of five-month-old Christian Dircio. Patton’s trial has been scheduled for November 13, 2006.
