Daman Starring is one of the finest young men I have ever had the privilege of knowing. I have known him and his family very well for the past 11 years. William Voy and Asst. DA Mary Brown should be ashamed of themselves. There was not one shred of evidence showing Daman Starring did anything wrong and certainly nothing more than the so-called victim, Sandro Maric. Sandro Maric participated in the third dogpile immediately after he was supposedly groped by two players. Voy and Brown both know that Daman was not guilty of anything more than horseplay in post-basketball practice. Every other player in that gym did the same thing that Daman did, which was nothing. Yet, Daman is the only one charged and punished. Go figure. Sandro exposed himself to two other players in the training room minutes after he was supposedly assaulted. That was testified to in court. I heard it myself, but the DA had a fit and the judge cowered to her fit and didn’t allow the testimony of a very credible young man who witnessed Sandro exposing himself. Sandro stayed in the gym and shot baskets after the other dogpilers left. He was chased out of the gym by the JV basketball coach who was in the adjoining gym during the so-called assault. And guess what, Sandro sure fooled the coach that evening. He never mentioned any groping or penetration and was in fact having himself a real fun time teasing with the coach. Daman Starring was persecuted and tried by the despicable media, most especially the Review Journal, who shamefully published his name and picture, even though he is only 17 years old. Yet in the same issue of the stinking RJ, they withheld names of kids who ran over and killed a man last year because they were minors. That’s right, RJ, protect the murderers, but hang Daman (the high school kid who is guilty of dogpiling) out to dry and expose him to all kinds of malicious hate speech. Also, fyi, Sandro Maric had been warned by Sierra Vista coaches to stop hanging around White Supremacists at Sierra Vista earlier in the school year. Guess where Daman Starring’s picture showed up shortly after he was charged with these stupid baseless charges? Daman’s high school yearbook picture shows up on a disgusting white supremacist website. Wonder who gave them the info about Daman. Could Sandro have possibly done that? This stupid case didn’t exactly make national news so somebody had to let these hatemongers know about it. Guess what else the judge and Mary Brown wouldn’t allow to be brought out in court. That good ole Sandro got expelled from Durango High School for having guns in his car on the school grounds right before this “trial” commenced. Oh, my, we wouldn’t want to make Sandro look bad, would we now! We don’t dare show what his character is all about, do we. We just want to crucify a kid that no, NO ONE, had one bad thing to say about him. A kid that has never so much as had a parking ticket. A word of warning to decent good parents out there who teach their children to tell the truth. If someone decides they don’t like you and makes up some salacious lie and leaks it to the press, get ready cause here come the keystone cops, aka Metro, and a DA who lies on television and acts like a so-called “high school hazing incident” is the epitome of a serial murderer. Anything to get your face on TV, eh, David Roger? Well, we didn’t see your face after Mike Galardi said he bribed you along with every other lousy politician in this utterly corrupt city, did we, Mr. Roger? You know what, since the press convicted Daman, I hope the press convicts you, too, as your election campaign gets underway, and I hope they tell tales about William Voy, too, when his time comes. I refuse to refer to him as a judge. That would confer respect, and I have no respect for a cowardly man who puts an innocent kid in the detention center for 30 days because he’s afraid of what the almighty media might say. And that’s exactly what he did, he cowered to Mary Brown and ignored what the dept. of probations recommended and gave Mary Brown exactly what she wanted. YOU ARE A COWARD, WILLIAM VOY, AND I don’t know how you or Mary Brown or Sandro Maric can sleep at night. If you want to check out for yourself every word I have said here, go ask to see the court transcripts and the medical report and Sandro Maric’s statement which had so many holes in it that it looked like Swiss cheese. Oh, one more thing, did you know that Sandro (and his dad supposedly) bragged that he was going to get rich off of this case. Oh, just one more thing, did you know the medical rape kit done on Sandro that night showed absolutely NO evidence of any assault, penetration, NOTHING! In fact, you would have expected even a scratch or two from his dogpiling, but that little ole nurse tried with all her might to convince everybody that you can have all that happen to you and still have no medical evidence to back it up. I’m not sure what school of nursing she got her degree from, but I suspect it might have been one of the nice little pieces of paper that you can custom order on line. I guarantee you that if someone was holding me down and sticking their fingers in my rear end, there would be some scratches somewhere, and I only weight 125 lbs. Sandro is 6′4″ (his words, not mine–I’d guess no more than 6′3″, but he is KNOWN for being prone to gross exaggeration of everything from his basketball playing ability to his ability to see behind his back and head when he is supposedly being held face down and assaulted. TRUST ME, FOLKS, IF YOU HAD SAT IN THIS COURTROOM AND SEEN AND HEARD WHAT I SAW AND HEARD, YOU WOULD BE APPALLED AT THE SO-CALLED JUSTICE SYSTEM THAT EXISTS IN LAS VEGAS, AT LEAST WHERE WILLIAM VOY AND THE DA’S OFFICE IS CONCERNED.
MAY GOD PROTECT DAMAN STARRING IN SPITE OF ALL THE EVIL THAT IS BEING DIRECTED AT HIM.
