Today (April 17), a jury found John Moxley guilty of First Degree Murder by Child Abuse for the 1997 death of his son Jonathon. The penalty phase begins at 1:15 p.m. tomorrow. Moxley faces a possible penalty of life in prison without the possibility of parole. This was the second trial for Moxley. The previous trial, on the same charge, was overturned by the Nevada Supreme Court based on a faulty jury instruction.
