• State v. Titus, Ryan: Bail Hearing

    A bail hearing has been scheduled for 8:30 a.m. April 18, 2006 in District Court Dept. 5 for Craig Titus and Kelly Ryan.

    Titus and Ryan have been charged with Murder, with use of a Deadly Weapon, First Degree Kidnapping and Third Degree Arson.
