State v. Ansley, Ayala: Bound Over To District Court


Justice of the Peace Pro Tempore Melanie A. Tobiasson (Justice Court Dept. 2) found enough evidence to bind over Jeremiah Ayala and Amrin Ruth Ansley to face murder charges in the District Court for the death of an infant. Both defendants will appear at 10:30 a.m. April 24, 2006 in the District Court Arraignment Courtroom.

Counts:
Jeremiah Sergio Ayala
Count 1: Murder by Child Abuse
Count 2: Child Abuse with Substantial Bodily Harm

Amrin Ruth Ansley
Count 1: Murder by Child Abuse
Count 2: Child Neglect with Substantial Bodily Harm

    This breaks my heart. I knew Jeremiah when he was a kid and I thought of him as a sweet kid. I was shocked to find out about this. My prayers go out to that sweet little baby, but also to Jeremiah. I hope he finds forgiveness with Jesus.
