Justice of the Peace Doug Smith released Joshua Michael Corcran on his own recognizance (O.R. release) with the condition that he serve house arrest and relinquish his drivers license. A May 22 preliminary hearing date was set.
Corcran reported this morning to the Clark County Detention Center for processing. His house arrest begins immediately. Corcran has been charged with 5 counts of Reckless Driving and 4 counts of Involuntary Manslaughter.
