A criminal complaint was filed today (March 20) by the Clark County District Attorney charging Joshua Michael Corcran with Reckless Driving and Involuntary Manslaughter in connection with the February 19 traffic accident that caused the deaths of Victor De La Cruz-De Leon, Reymunda Lopez-Vazquez, Jose Manuel Lopez-Sanchez and Jose Roberto Mejia Lang. Another passenger, Cecilia Cruz, was injured in the accident.
Corcran has been charged with 5 counts of Reckless Driving and 4 counts of Involuntary Manslaughter. An Arrest Warrant was issued this morning (March 20) by Justice of the Peace Joe M. Bonaventure. Corcran is scheduled to make an appearance tomorrow (March 21) at 8 a.m. in Justice Court Dept. 3, Judge Tony L. Abbatangelo.
