Arrest Warrants were issued by Judge Douglas Smith, Justice Court Dept. 2, yesterday (Feb. 23) for defendants Gladys Perez and Marc Anthony Colon in connection with the death of 3-year-old Crystal Figueroa, known since January 12, 2006 as Jane “Cordova” Doe. (Justice Court, Dept. 7, Case # 06F03448A/B)

Count 2: Child Abuse with Substantial Bodily Harm

Count 3: First Murder by Child Abuse
Count 4: Second Degree Murder by Child Neglect
Count 5: Child Neglect Resulting in Substantial Bodily Harm
Both defendants were arrested and await extradition to Las Vegas, where they will appear before Judge Karen Bennett-Haron, Justice Court Dept. 7.
