James Scholl, 34, has been accused of the 2004 murder of a cab driver who was set on fire. The victim, Pairoj Chitprasart, died four days later from his injuries. Scholl also faces burglary, robbery and kidnapping charges for a separate incident involving cab driver Kebede Getahun.
