Co-defendant Kelly Ryan appeared in Las Vegas Justice Court Dept. 9 this morning and will reappear with her husband Craig Titus and co-defendant Anthony Gross in the same courtroom tomorrow morning (Feb. 1). This is the scheduled 72-hour hearing for Titus. All three defendants will appear in court, rather than the usual video teleconference link from the Clark County Detention Center.
Local media, a producer from CBS’ 48 Hours and a cable TV host from Los Angeles were in court for today’s appearance by Ryan.
Titus, Ryan and Gross are accused of murder and arson in connection with the death of personal assistant Melissa James.
