The trial in this case (District Court Dept. 12), for the Mongols Motorcycle Club portion of the 2002 Laughlin River Run melee at Harrah’s Laughlin casino, has been vacated and a status check will take place April 4, 2006.
The Hell’s Angels Motorcycle Club portion of this case (District Court Dept. 17) has been stayed pending the outcome of an appeal to the Nevada Supreme Court.
